I have been involved with the Wire-Net Re-development committee over the years and share my Professional Real Estate advice with others on the committee to help form the long term plans for the Greater Cleveland Manufacturing and Industrial market. I am involved with the youth Lacrosse league in Cleveland Heights and enjoy competitive sailing, skiing and biking with my family and friends.
Being a long time Cleveland area resident, and having graduated from Saint Edward High School and graduated from Hartwick College with a History Major and Economics minor, I am able to use my local knowledge to help my clients understand the Cleveland Market. After College I worked for Sherwin-Williams in their management training program and helped establish new territories and helped streamline the Sher-works equipment repair program for the Cleveland area district. After Sherwin-Williams I went to the Chartwell Group to development the Real Estate skills I now use to help my clients obtain the desired real estate objectives they are looking for.

Sold to a local Investor on March 31, 2017, Blaze Realty, LLC. At the time of the sale, the building was home to Buyer Quest, which will remain an anchor tenant of the building. Green Bridge Real Estate represented the Seller ETB University Properties LLC which was a subsidiary of Baldwin Wallace University.

The 40,000 sq.ft. property represented a huge Value Added Opportunity for the new owner. The property boasted open office floor plans that could accommodate large corporate tenants or be further sub-divided for smaller office users. At the time of transfer, the 4th floor was vacant and available for a large office tenant. The new ownership is planning to update the mechanical systems and modernize the equipment. The Green Bridge Real Estate marketing program generated a significant amount of interest and offers on the office property.
